Obtenir debian en DVD
Per Obtenir Debian en DVD, el primer que heu de fer es descarregar el programari Jigdo. La versió que utilitzarem és la 0.7.1.
No es pot conseguir la versió estable (woody) només la provant (sarge)i la inestable (sid).
Per a Windows heu de baixar la versió 0.7.1a de jigdo-lite. En aquests moments es diu jigdo lite perquè tot s'ha de fer a la consola d'ordres, però l'autor ja està treballnat en una versió gràfica.
Per a Debian només cal que feu: # apt-get install jigdo-file
A partir d'aquest punt seguirem amb Windows ja que a l'ordinador amb linux no tinc prou espai per baixar la imatge del dvd.
Un cop tenim el programa i ja està en una carpeta descomprimit, executem el fitxer de lots "jigdo-lite.bat"

Possibles problemes:
1.- L'aplicació es para descarregant un fitxer i no continua durant molt de temps. Estic segur que s'ha bloquejat. Què faig?
Tanca el programa i llegeix el problema de sota.
2.-He hagut de tancar l'ordinador o la connexió a Internet ha fallat. He de començar de nou?
D'acord, si la descàrrega ha estat parada per algun motiu l'unica cosa que heu de fer, segons l'autor és premer enter quan és tornar a obrir en totes les preguntes. Us borrarà la carpeta temporal.
3.-Ha sortit una nova versió del DVD i encara no m'he baixat la meva més antiga, em sembla que no podré mai finalitzar la baixada. He de començar de nou?
No, tanques el programa. Canvies el nom del fitxer .iso.tmp que està a la carpeta on tinguis instal·lat el jigdo i li canvies el nom a "dvd1.iso". Amb un programa d'unitats virtuals com el Virtual Daemon Manager fas una unitat i hi montes el fitxer dvd1.iso. Has d'averiguar el nom de la nova unitat. Ves a "El meu ordinador" i busca la nova unitat. Apunta't la lletra. Per exemple i:
Ara engega el programa i possa-hi els fitxer nous, després que es baixi el .jigdo i el .template i quan et pregunti Files to scan possa i:\

5.-Em surt l`error següent:

Ctrl-C now.)Torneu a iniciar el jigdo i premeu enter a totes les preguntes. Si no es soluciona indiqueu-li una altre adreça de desc÷arrega. Si no es soluciona pregunteu als fòrums.
-Recomanacions
Instal la el programa (o copia la carpeta que t´has baixat) aprop de la unitat arrel per exemple a C:\jigdo\. No deixis mai el programa a l´escriptori de Windows.
