The second one has one large hall (3.40 x 14.30 mt), a kitchen (7.80 x 3 mt), two bedrooms, both “en suite” (4 x 3 mt and 4 x 4 mt), three bathrooms (one with shower 3 x 3 mt on the first floor, one with bathtub 3 x 3 mt and the third one 2 x 3 mt with shower); large kitchen (8 x 3 mt) overlooking a small patio.

There is a utility room with tools and a clothes-washer. There is a large well, with capacity of 100 tons of water. There is also a large silo in the first hall. The tower is in very good shape . The mill has been restored and renovated with taste.

The floors have hand-made terracotta tiles, the window panes are of very thick glass, and the woodwork of excellent quality wood.

Both kitchens have hand carved stone wash-basins, English and French brass taps, large gas kitchen heaters, large electric ovens. One of the kitchens has a fireplace. The bathroom of the first building has marble floors and walls. The bathrooms of the second building have hand-made hexagonal terracotta tiles and hand painted wall tiles. Every detail has been carefully thought through.

The garden has bougainvilleas of many shades of pink and of many different varieties, carefully selected, some of them in clusters of flowers. There are several kinds of grapevines, white, from Spain, France and Chile, the oldest vine giving the name to the street; black, from Italy, and pink, from Chile. There are large plumbagos. The street wall (approximately 46 mt long) was built by the best stone mason of the region. The roof is a very large surface and gives an excellent view of the surroundings.
