CEO of BP
(British Petroleum) Solar España, In Madrid, Spain from 1992 to
1998. He had overall responsibility for the profitability of the company
and was directly responsible for manufacturing, engineering, quality,
safety and environment functions. BP Solar España was nominated,
during this period for the Prize Prince of Asturias awarded to
excellent companies in Spain.

In addition to
his management position in BP Solar España, he was responsible
during two years for the operation of all factories worldwide of the BP
Solar Group.

|
He
was also General Manager of AstraSolar, Joint Venture between AstroPower
Inc and ATERSA. He had full responsibility in the creation of this company,
the installation of the factory, the design and implementation of the
Quality, Environment and Safety management systems and the overall results
for the Company.

|
|
|
He
has also worked in projects and has experience in project management
related to conventional, nuclear and renewable energy projects with the
companies SENER, INITEC and BP Solar.

Javier Anta is an
Industrial Engineer by the Madrid Polytechnic School, E.T.S.I.I. having
broadened his education with studies from the Penn State University, Stanford University (USA) and IESE (Spain).

Javier Anta, born on July 1946, is
married, has two sons and residence in Madrid.
