The villa has two independent apartments.
The
garden apartment on the ground floor is available for holiday rental. It has its own entrance and can accommodate up
to 5 people. It has:

Astra satellite TV, DVD-CD player and stereo radio. There's a convertible sofa which can
sleep 1 person -

Bed linen and towels (except beach towels) are provided
and changed weekly.
Phil and Caroline, the resident owners, live upstairs and offer all
visitors a warm welcome. You can see as much or as little of them as you
wish. They will be glad to answer any queries about the area or
apartment.

The Costa Blanca has more than 300 days of sunshine each year. Its
situation between mountains and the sea creates a microclimate which
keeps the area warmer in winter and cooler in summer than the rest of
Spain.
