Head of the Solà de la Piula dolmen

It's located in the Ares mountains, above the Tower's Bridge.
It was first published in the year 1920 by Josep Colominas Roca. He said: Not long time ago it has been emptied looking for treasures, the earth has been spread all around the dolmen, this fact makes very difficult to try to find something.
Later he writes: ..it is surrounded by a pile of stones, but one can see clearly that there is not a tumulus. This is an unfortunate sentence, because the pile of stones which the author mentions is clearly the cairn that covered the chamber.
The access to the dolmen is very difficult. One can follow the long pathway that goes to the Ares mountain from the gorge of Tresponts. This road only can be passed by in 4x4. Another option is to go on foot -ascending a great slope- from the Tower's Bridge. If we start from the rests of the Tower, we must follow a lost trail that come up to the pass that -at right hand- leaves directly to the Head del Solà de la Piula.

It's a well preserved monument, possibly because of its difficult access.
