On saturday april 1, 2000, Josep Agustí and Enric Carreras identified a small fallen menhir in the Dona Morta pass, in Maçanet de Cabrenys, exactly on the border line between Spain and France.

The stone has an height of 2.10 m, a maximum width of 0,60 m and a maximum thick of 0.45 m. On its upper section, at the center, there is engraved a latin cross.

Although it was announced that by september 11, 2000 the menhir would be reerected, by some reason, this was not accomplished. So the stone remains on earth yet. We hope that soon it can be erected.
